- La Chamba cookware is both oven and microwave safe.
- Prior to First Use: To season and seal the unglazed clay pores, it is recommended to fill the dish 3/4 full with water and place it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200° C (392° F) before your first cook.
- While the dishes are technically dishwasher safe, manufacturers highly recommend hand-washing them. Harsh detergents and the rigorous motions of a dishwasher can strip away the dish's natural patina over time.
